Removes this runner from the workspace so it can no longer claim work. While it is still online, Teev clears its Teev Docker data first.

Step 2 · In your terminal Remove it from this device
Stops the runner and deletes its local state and all Docker build cache. Other projects’ images, containers and volumes stay.
./teev runner destroy local --yes --all
